Joint International Postgraduate Course on Entrepreneurship and Innovation in BioHealth
The European project BIO-ALL, of which CEEIARAGON is a partner, allows the development of a postgraduate training plan for entrepreneurs in the Bio-Health sector.
The international Erasmus+ BIO-ALL project, of which OnGranada Tech City forms part, has enabled the development of a Joint International Postgraduate Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in BioHealth, the result of several months of work by the partners of the European initiative. This ambitious study plan is the result of the collaboration between the company and the university, the basis of a project that aims to promote entrepreneurship in the sector.
The University of Granada, one of the three Granada institutions that are part of the project, together with OnGranada and the PTS, will offer this training as three postgraduate degrees, one in each quarter of the academic year 2020/21: Diploma in BioHealth Business Creation, Diploma in BioHealth Business Management and Diploma in BioHealth Business Development. Successful completion of the three postgraduate diplomas will allow students to apply for the UGR's own Master's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Innovation in BioHealth (pending approval).
The Postgraduate Diploma in BioHealth Entrepreneurship started on 15 October, with a completely virtual format and the participation of professors from Portugal and Spain. The online training sessions (which will be taught exclusively in English on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons) will be attended by students from the three countries participating in the project (Spain, Italy and Portugal), promoting from the beginning the international and joint nature of the training.
