On February 23rd, Thursday, from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled “HOW GOOD HUMOR INFLUECES BUSINESS ACTUALITY”.
Sometimes we think of companies as something impersonal, neutral, alien to the people who make it up; but a company is a living system, which also has moods that directly impact the health and effectiveness of its workers.
Today we know that a satisfied employee performs 75% better at work. So it is urgent to promote plans linked to the development of health and well-being in organizations: it is a factor of attraction and loyalty of talent.
So working in a good environment, where people matter, is a value and competitive advantage that achieves results, productivity and well-being. This is sustainability.
So, in today’s Digital Breakfast we propose the following:
To know the meaning of the sense of humor in the organization, its tools and applications in complex situations.
Disseminate the value of a healthy and profitable company by improving the mental state of its professionals.
And, why not, that the listeners of the Breakfast leave with a positive, motivating and optimistic state of mind to take to their businesses.
