
On November 23rd, Thursday, from 9.30 am to 10.00 am, we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled “Keys to effective business communication”.
Today we live in an over-informed society in which the management of communication in companies is of special relevance. This is because good communication has a direct impact on the perception and brand image of companies, i.e. on subjective aspects of great importance for employees, customers, suppliers, investors and society in general.
To establish effective communication, companies must define, manage and evaluate multiple parameters: what message to transmit, what is our target audience, what channels to use, when to do it, how often to do it, who is in charge of it, etc. And also, if unforeseen events arise, they must be managed: what if a crisis arises, what if we make the news for something positive?
To discuss these issues, their importance for companies, the most appropriate ways and means to manage them, we have the presence of Helga Martinez, Bachelor of Journalism from the University of Navarra and Managing Partner of MIT COMUNICACIÓN ESTRATÉGICA, a communications agency specializing in business information that operates from Zaragoza for the domestic market since 2012.
