Next March 24th, Thursday, from 9.30 am to 10.30 am, we will carry out a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled: “REINVENTING FROM THE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE”.
Nowadays, customer service is something primordial in companies. And this is so because we live in an era in which we must deepen the relationship with our customers by offering them a truly unique experience. An experience that strengthens their purchase decision and also strengthens our relationship with them in the long term and leads them to recommend us to their environment.
It is no longer a question of them buying a product or contracting a service from us. It is now about establishing long-lasting commercial ties through a fully committed experience. Satisfying the customer is no longer enough, it is the norm.
