Next November 23rd, Wednesday, from 9.30 am to 10.15 am we will hold a new CEEI Digital Breakfast entitled: “THE FUTURE GOES THROUGH THE METAVERSE”.
Metaverse, Web3, NFTs, Blockchain… the new internet is already a reality thanks to the strategic investments of major technology companies, which is transforming all kinds of sectors, from entertainment to the fashion industry through ecommerce thanks to a new consumption model based on NFTs.
As with all technological turning points, important questions arise for potential users: what is its real usefulness and what new paths does it open up for us, how to approach it progressively, what technical and human requirements are needed, what precautions should be taken, what legal regulation is in place, etc.
The aim of this breakfast is to understand the digital ecosystem that makes up the Metaverse and to discover some of the current applications that these virtualized and gamified worlds offer us. Taking into account that the value of this market could reach 5 trillion dollars in 2030 according to McKinsey, it is necessary to understand how it works and start exploring this new internet model.
To discuss these issues we have the participation of Pedro Lozano, graduated from ESIC Business and Marketing School and Co-Founder of IMASCONO, a creative technologies studio specialized in Extended Reality and the Metaverse that counts, among other clients, Telefónica, Disney or Rafa Nadal.
In addition, Pedro Lozano is president of the Association of Young Entrepreneurs of Aragon and member of the Executive Committee of the Spanish Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs, having received multiple national and international recognitions, highlighting his inclusion in the FORBES List of “The 100 most creative Spaniards in the business world”.
