REP-EAT aims to design and commercialize reusable containers that, through a careful design, manage to transfer the culinary experience of a high-level restaurant to its take away business line. These containers, once used, can be returned for cleaning and next use, thus proposing a circular service that also aims to reduce the environmental impact of take away food.
Innovative aspects:
The underlying idea, or the innovation provided in this business project in advanced stage of ideation, is that this type of high-level restaurants fail to transfer their high culinary experience that they transmit in their premises to the take away business line, thus losing their identity and differentiation. In the same way, REP EAT aims to differentiate itself in the market through a proposal that anticipates the generation of waste and does not offer solutions once this waste has already been created.
