CEEIARAGON, in addition to its main activity as an incubator of innovative companies, carries out a series of actions and collaborations to promote the innovative business ecosystem in Aragon:
EBN
CEEIARAGON is an associate member of the European Business Network (EBN) of more than 150 certified BICs (Business Innovation Centres) and 100 organisations providing support for growth and development.
EU | BICs are clearly recognisable through the EU / BIC trademark, which certifies their compliance with a set of standards known as EU | BIC Quality Mark Criteria, the only quality system recognised by the European Union.
The EU | BIC mark has earned its prestige through the implementation of serious benchmarking practices and the sophisticated quality control that EBN performs every year for each EU | BIC.
ANCES
CEEIARAGON is one of the 35 members of the National Association of European Business and Innovation Centres (ANCES) which forms a model that brings together interests and working methods for the interconnection of innovation and entrepreneurship nodes.
Through ANCES, CEEIARAGON is positioned in the national R&D&I system, with the following actions:
- EIBT
CEEIARAGON can apply for the EIBT (TECHNOLOGY-BASED INNOVATIVE COMPANY) label for its companies. The candidate companies are evaluated by a jury made up of top-level professional experts and based on a rigorous working methodology that has been perfected and adapted to the new realities that shape the business sector and the concept of innovation.
The expert evaluators belong to different public institutions or private entities of national scope that include among their aims the promotion of business innovation. Thus, the participation of KEIRETSU, CDTI, IESE, EOI or ESADE stands out. ANCES also involves professionals from other institutions depending on the number or speciality required in the applications.
The companies, after undergoing an evaluation process, can receive the EIBTs company seal, a mark with national recognition.
- ANCES OPEN INNOVATION
This is an open innovation programme involving tractor companies from all over Spain and Startups that propose solutions to the challenges launched by the tractor companies.
After a tough selection process and the communication of the finalists, the tractor companies choose the winner of their challenge at the final Open Innovation event, which is held and serves as a meeting point for Tractor companies, Startups and agents of Innovation and Entrepreneurship. At the final event, the finalists have the opportunity to meet with the driving companies and subsequently continue the relationship and establish collaborative projects in the future. In addition, the winners of each challenge receive a €500 cash prize.
- ANCES INVESTMENT
CEEIARAGON is a member of the ANCES INVESTMENT programme. INVESTMENT is the network formed by ANCES together with the main agents of the investment ecosystem to increase the options of private capital aimed at projects or companies with high innovative and growth potential.
This service was created in response to the investment needs of innovative companies and the rapid growth process of specialised investment agents who are aware of the potential of these companies to meet their medium and long-term profitability needs.
PIDI POINT
CEEIARAGON is part of the Network of Information Points on R&D&I (CDTI’s PI+D+i Network). This network has been set up with the mission of offering information and advice services to companies and entrepreneurs on public aid for R&D&I at any administrative level -local, regional, national and international- that best suits their needs.
ARCE NETWORK
CEEIARAGON is a collaborator and member of the Arce Network (Aragonese Network of Entrepreneurship Centres). The Arce Network is an initiative promoted by the Government of Aragon; defined as a space for connectivity, information and management of regional entrepreneurship centres and the creation of knowledge among entrepreneurs throughout Aragon. The Network emerges as a horizontal model of articulation and collective knowledge that seeks to exploit the potential of the incipient businesses, experience and contacts present in the Aragonese market.
