PROMOTING INNOVATIVE PROJECTS
CEEIARAGON and Aragón Exterior announce the business acceleration programme SCALE UP CEEIARAGON - AREX, whose objective is to select six innovative business projects with internationalisation prospects to include them in a personalised and free business acceleration programme in accordance with their initial stage of development, and to combine it with an advanced internationalisation proposal.
What is the Programme about?
The aim of the programme is to enable participating companies to strengthen and consolidate their business development as well as to properly cement their international expansion, through the following support services:
- Adjustment and orientation of the business model to promote the internationalisation of the company.
- Product-Market fit. Value proposition. Segmented product portfolio.
- Innovation management. Strategy.
- Depending on the degree of development of each selected project, a personalised acceleration programme will be proposed based on itineraries in accordance with the needs detected, as a result of the CEEIARAGON methodology based on LeanStartup.
- Analysis of the company's internationalisation potential.
- Definition of the main lines of the Internationalisation Plan and the expansion strategy in foreign markets.
- Meetings between company representatives and AREX delegates in the markets with the best development prospects.
- Preferential access to other specialised AREX services.
Who is it for?
Small and medium-sized companies with registered office and tax domicile in Aragon, of an innovative nature and with internationalisation potential, and between six months and five years of life at the time of submitting their application (companies incorporated between 15/06/2016 and 15/01/2021). This time limit is not exclusive, although it is preferential.
Innovative in nature are business projects that stand out for their technological innovation, growth potential, market opportunity, capacity for business cooperation and social commitment.
Deadlines and timetable
PHASE 1.
Opening of the call for applications and submission of documentation. From 14/05/2021 to 15/06/2021 at 12 noon. FINISHED.
PHASE 2.
Analysis and evaluation of applications, and selection of applications. From 15/06/2021 to 30/06/2021. FINISHED.
PHASE 3.
Carrying out of the business acceleration programme by CEEI and the internationalisation analysis by AREX. From 1/07/2021 to 30/11/2021. FINISHED.
PHASE 4.
Demoday. Presentation of results (04/02/2022). FINISHED.
Evaluation criteria
The business projects will be jointly selected by a selection committee formed by CEEIARAGON and Aragón Exterior on the basis of their innovative nature, their capacity for growth, and their potential and capacity to face foreign markets.
In the same way, preference will be given to those business projects that have been in existence for between six months and five years at the time of submitting their application (companies set up between 15/06/2016 and 15/01/2021).
