CEEIARAGON’S GOVERNING BODIES

Company object

The promotion and encouragement of any business, industrial or advanced services initiatives that are considered innovative, relevant or of general interest, whether in manufacturing processes or products, in the environment in which said business, industrial or advanced services activity is carried out, or in the creation and development of talent and skills linked to said initiatives and activities, contributing to the generation of a qualified and professionalised ecosystem related to entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge in Aragon.

In order to achieve its main purpose, the Company may temporarily offer facilities to these business, industrial and advanced services projects, additionally providing common management and advisory services, as well as all ancillary operations that are directly antecedent to or a consequence of the main purpose.

Likewise, the Company, in general, may dedicate its activity, directly or through collaboration with other entities and bodies, to the organisation and development of activities and events of all kinds and nature aimed at the promotion, dynamisation, dissemination, training and capacity building within the field of entrepreneurship, innovation and knowledge in Aragon.

Administrative body of the company

The governing body of CEEIARAGON is a Board of Directors made up of the following members:

  • Marta Gastón Menal. President. Regional Minister of Economy, Planning and Employment of the Government of Aragon.
  • Mª Pilar Gómez López. Vice-President. Director General of Planning and Economic Development of the Government of Aragon.
  • Ramón Tejedor Sanz. Member. Managing Director of Aragón Exterior.
  • Raúl Camarón Bagüeste. Member. Managing Director of the Aragonese Employment Institute.
  • Esther Borao Moros. Member. General Manager of Itainnova.
  • Pedro Cervera Ruiz. Member. Appointed by the Cortes de Aragón.
